To say that we wrote the book on Customer Relationship Management using the web isn't an exaggeration.  We partnered with Jill Vandal of the Tourism Co. in 2004/5 to deliver 10 provocative Tourism Web / CRM workshops and write the manual on Internet Marketing and Customer Relationship management for the Canadian Tourism Commission, Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership and FedNor. 

In 2005/6, we'll be on the road again through Northern Ontario sharing basic and advanced level Internet marketing tactics with tourism providers and expanding our reach throughout Southern Ontario.
