Act Up!:
This partnership of five of Canada's top Experiential Tourism
facilitators (including Celes Davar-Manitoba, Nancy
Arsenault-British Columbia, Trent Shuman-Alberta, Terry
McCulloch-New Brunswick and myself-Ontario) provides provides a nation-wide perspective on partnership
development, leveraging community capacity, quality assurance,
tourism research, community development, Internet marketing and niche marketing.
This consortium prides itself on helping communities develop real,
organic, home-grown tourism experiences through engaging,
interactive learning "Experiences".
The tourism consulting services we
provide are meant to be thoughtful, experiential, provocative,
and innovative. We do not provide seminars, motivational talks,
or lectures. From our perspective, we wish to see empowered business
owners taking away practical tools, learning by experiencing, and
having the confidence to try new things.

Tourism Keys:
To say that we wrote the book on
Customer Relationship Management using the web isn't an
exaggeration. We partnered with Jill Vandal of the Tourism Co. in 2004/5 to deliver 10 provocative
Tourism Web / CRM workshops and write the manual on Internet
Marketing and Customer Relationship management for the Canadian Tourism Commission, Ontario
Tourism Marketing Partnership and FedNor.
In 2005/6, we'll be on the road again
through Northern Ontario sharing basic and advanced level Internet
marketing
tactics with tourism providers and expanding our reach throughout
Southern Ontario.

Sustainable Tourism Institute:
As a founding
member of this initiative with Jennifer East and Don Huff, our goal is to provide training for
communities wishing to grow outdoor tourism in their community.
Often, competing interests for a fragile resource base make such
development challenging even with the best Internet marketing
strategy. By leveraging partner capacity in
communications consulting with environment and natural resources
at the Federal and Provincial government level, media relations,
and 30 plus years of experience in tourism business operations,
this partnership is best able to grow the outdoor tourism capacity
in your community.
